Standing Deliveries

Weekly/ Bi Weekly/ Monthly
A Weekly, Bi weekly or Monthly Standing delivery can be scheduled for deliveries to residential or business addresses. We will deliver your arrangement per your specification on your schedule and replace and remove the old arrangement. Standing orders receive %10 off the arrangement price and there is no charge for the containers, as they will be returned back to the flower shop.

Corporate Accounts
Opening a corporate account will make ordering flowers quick and easy. We will keep records of flower recipient’s information on our systems for your future reference. If you are on the go and just have the name of the person you would like to send flowers to, we will make it happen quickly hassle free. You will receive a statement at the end of the month for your accounting purposes. We can set up a corporate account for your company today! Indoor Plants Maintenance
We provide and maintain flowering and green plants for your home or office. When you sign up with Rafael Florist plant maintenance program, we will send our professional staff member to your location to survey the space available and to advise you on the best possible plants to fit your style and needs. Upon your request we will continue caring for your plants on weekly basis to ensure their health and longevity.

Availability

• Items featured on this Web site may not be available in certain times of the year. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or other requested product is delivered in a timely manner. We will do our best to ensure your floral gift is as similar as possible to the requested item but we may have to substitute to the nearest possible color or flower available. If floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Delivery Policy

• Deliveries can be made only to the continental United States. Deliveries to some remote locations may not be available.

• Orders for same day delivery in Marin County must be placed before 1p.m. Deliveries are made between 9AM to 8PM.
Please let us know if your delivery is to be made to a business and we will deliver before 5pm.

•AM and timed deliveries must be placed 24 hours in advance. Timed deliveries need 2 hours window for delivery.

• Sunday deliveries may not be available. Please contact us by phone or email before placing you order for Sundays.

• Deliveries are not available on some holidays. We will be closed on Christmas day and New Year’s Day.

Non delivery areas in Marin County: Bolinas, Forest Knoll, Nicasio, Olemas, Point reyes, Stinson Beach,
Inverness and Woodacre.

• Out of town (out of Marin County) same day deliveries must be placed before 1p.m. Eastern Time. Non local deliveries
made after 1p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped Next Day.

(Some restrictions may apply)

• We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.

• The delivery carrier will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.

• Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. [Please note: Gifts
to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 1-2 days for the hospital to process and deliver].
