Availability and Substitution Policy:
- Items featured on this Web site may not be available in certain times of the year. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or other requested product is delivered in a timely manner. We will do our best to ensure your floral gift is as similar as possible to the requested item but we may have to substitute to the nearest possible color or flower available. If floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Delivery Policy:
- • Deliveries can be made only to the continental United States. Deliveries to some remote locations may not be available.
Non delivery areas in Marin County are: Bolinas, Forest Knoll, Nicasio, Olemas, Point reyes, Stinson Beach, Inverness and Woodacre.
• Sunday deliveries are not available. - • Deliveries are not available on some holidays.
• Orders for same day delivery in Marin County must be placed before 1p.m. Pacific Time. Non local orders placed after 1p.m.Eastern Time will be shipped Next Day.

• Changes to address information after the order has been placed will result in a $10.00 charge.
• We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
• The delivery carrier will leave the package if no one is home and a signature is not required.
• Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. [Please note: Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-4 days for the hospital to process and deliver]. - Our Guarantee
- As a professional florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through rafael florist for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all rafael florist branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased rafael florist product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 48 Hours of receipt of your rafael florist order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
